Slimming World gift vouchers are a wonderful way to support a friend or family member on their weight loss journey.

If someone you care about has told you they want to lose weight, help them make a start with a gift of Slimming World membership and 6 or 12 weeks attendance? If they are already a member, give them a boost with a gift of 6 or 12 free weeks.

Please note: If you already attend a Slimming World group, you can purchase gift vouchers from your Consultant, and avoid paying P&P charges.

Print out the gift voucher order form (PDF 349kb).

Post the completed form to: Department G, Slimming World, PO Box 55, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 4UE or fax it to: 0844 892 0403.

• Please note that payment is acceptable in UK pounds sterling only, and vouchers are not redeemable in the Republic of Ireland or American groups.
• Gift vouchers will be sent by registered post.
• Any incorrect payment will be returned.
• Please allow 14 days for delivery.
