You can work out your body mass index using our BMI calculator. Please note: A BMI guide may not be accurate for people with a high muscle mass. how to use the BMI chartUse the Weight Range Chart below to help you set your weight loss goals. Move your mouse cursor over the chart so that the cross-hairs line up first on your height (vertical) measurement, and then on your weight (horizontal) measurement. If you are under 16 years old, or if you are a mum-to-be, the BMI calculator and chart are not suitable to assess your weight range.
