informationIf you’ve got a firework party planned or you just fancy a hearty autumn meal – look no further this warming dish. Serves: 4 ingredientsFry Light Topping method1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/Gas 4 and prepare the topping. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water for 15-20 minutes until soft. Drain and mash with the fromage frais, beaten egg, cheese, nutmeg and dried parsley. Season well and set aside. 2. Spray a pan with Fry Light and cook the onion, garlic, sausages and tomatoes. Stir and cook for 20 minutes. Add the mixed beans, mixed vegetables and soy sauce, season and pour into an ovenproof dish. Carefully spread the potato mixture over the top. 3. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the topping is lightly browned. Serve garnished with the freshly chopped herbs. << back |
