informationThis chocolatey pud is perfect for rounding off a Food Optimising
meal Serves: 4 ingredients57g/2oz plain chocolate method1. Place the chocolate and Amaretto liqueur in a small mixing bowl with 1 tablespoon of water, place over a pan of simmering water until the chocolate has melted. Leave to cool for about 5 minutes. 2. In a separate bowl, beat together the quark, egg yolks and Canderel until smooth, then fold into the cooled chocolate and Amaretto mixture. 3. Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks, then carefully fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour into 4 individual serving bowls and chill for 2 hours or until set. 4. Serve decorated with fresh mint leaves and a few raspberries. Please note: The government advises that because of a
