The role of Team Developer is an incredibly special one. It’s challenging, diverse and best of all it combines all those wonderful qualities you have as a Consultant with all the support and training you need to become a top-notch manager, leading a team of between 5-8 Consultants to even greater success. It’s an amazing opportunity to stretch yourself – to change your life and our world by changing even more lives.
As well as having the satisfaction of growing a strong and successful team, in return you’ll enjoy flexible working hours, top quality training, endless development opportunities and great rates of pay because your earnings come from your own flourishing group AND your whole team.
A Team Developer is paid on group categories usually starting as a single team, moving to a double and a triple team by increasing groups and members in the team. In addition to your own group’s earnings you’ll receive Team Developer earnings and additional bonuses that reflect the success categories of the groups in your team. Our top 20 Team Developers currently earn between £2,570 (single team) and £4,639 (double team) per month!

We’d love to hear from recent or current Slimming World members with an outstanding track record of managing and leading field-based teams to success. This is an ideal role for experienced senior managers whose strong, performance-focussed capabilities, their passion and their drive to achieve success provide superb results time after time. You’ll need to:
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve specified goals and targets
- Grow your district through recruitment and retention of Consultants and Team Developers
- Develop the quality of the groups within your district
- Extract, analyse and report on statistical information in relation to your district’s performance
Average earnings £55,000 p.a. Basic salary is £40,000 and together with bonuses you could be earning £100,000 p.a. Company car, laptop and phone plus expenses, BUPA, SimplyHealth, 34 days’ holiday and other company benefits.

Senior Hair Stylist (Full Time)
Starting salary £18,000 per annum depending on experience, plus excellent commission and other benefits.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join the team at our on-site Hair and Beauty salon at Slimming World. This brand new role will work closely with our Hair and Beauty Manager and Senior Beautician in the overall running of the salon.
You will need to possess a wealth of experience working as a qualified stylist plus a proven successful track record of working at a supervisory level within a busy salon.
You’ll also possess excellent customer service skills, a good working knowledge of sales and marketing, and able to demonstrate:
- Superb hair cutting skills and latest styling techniques
- Advanced colouring techniques
- Training and development of other stylists
- Stock ordering and invoicing awareness
- Natural warmth, friendliness and sense of fun
- Enthusiasm and passion for your hair profession
