I would just like to say how great and easy Slimming World is! Me and a friend joined last Monday she has lost 4.5 pounds and I lost half a stone. Can't wait till next week to see how much more we have lost!

Well done to all who lost so much weight. It's a big inspiration to me because I have lots of weight to lose and thanks to a friend talking me into going to a group on April 1st I'm now 2 stone 9lbs lighter already! Still a long way to go but seeing these people at least I know what is achievable.
