Strawberry chocolate tiramisu

Dig into our tantalizing tiramisu for a dreamy taste of la dolce vita, with fresh strawberries to add a fruity twist.

4 ladyfingers, broken into small pieces
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup strong coffee, cooled slightly
1lb strawberries, hulled and cut into thick slices
1 level tsp sugar substitute
1½ cups fat-free, sugar-free vanilla yogurt
 ½oz dark chocolate


  1. In four large goblets or dessert dishes, evenly divide the crumbled ladyfingers. Stir the cocoa into the coffee and spoon a scant 2 tbsp of the mixture into each dish or goblet.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the strawberries with sugar substitute and let stand for 10 minutes. Spoon half the yogurt over the ladyfingers in each dish. Top with the strawberries and then spoon the remaining yogurt on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to1 hour.
  3. Just before serving, grate the chocolate onto a sheet of waxed paper and spoon ¼ of the chocolate over each. Serve.
