About me

There are no two ways about it, Slimming World is THE BEST slimming plan there is (and I should know - I've done them all!) I believe in it so much that I resigned from my job in order to become a Consultant. I can't wait to welcome you to our warm and friendly group. We have a wide variety of members of all ages, male, female and young adults (11-15) as well as target members who still attend group each week for free, not only because the support they receive is essential to maintaining that target but also because we have lots of fun!
 
I joined my local group in December 2005 and in just over 12 months I lost nearly 3½ stones, I only wish someone had told me about Slimming World years ago. Having suffered with my weight all my life I really understand the hopes, fears and needs of all our members. Taking those first steps through the door can be nerve racking which is why I will be on hand to personally welcome you. It really could change your life; it has for me and many of our members.
