Easy ways to lose weight!  A magic wand, an enchanted pill, a supernatural force to make our appetite mysteriously disappear!  All easy ways to lose weight… and all as likely as finding that elusive pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!

Although, when searching the internet, flicking through a magazine or watching tabloid TV, techniques, diets, potions and gadgets – all labelled as ‘easy ways to lose weight’ - are available in abundance!  Are they really easy ways to lose weight?  I remain unconvinced!
