Handle the holiday buffet with confidence

Between family functions, work parties and get-togethers with friends, there’s bound to be a buffet in the holiday party mix. Luckily with Slimming World, we don’t need to write off our weight loss to enjoy buffets—in fact, buffets can be a slimmer’s best friend (seriously!).

When you become a member, you’ll have the chance to chat through tricky holiday times like these with your Slimming Group. In your weekly online meetings, you’ll find support, inspiration and ideas for sailing through, totally on track.

Scope out the scene

Take a walk around the buffet to check out the choices, so you can decide what you’d really like to enjoy.

Fill up on Free Food

Free Food is food Slimming World members can fill up on freely—no counting, no weighing, no measuring! This is low energy-dense (low in calories for their weight), filling food like lean meat, cooked shrimp, veggie crudité, fruit, roasted potatoes, and hard-boiled eggs—all common on buffet tables.  

Be a social butterfly

Hit the dance floor or focus on socializing—you’ll be too busy enjoying yourself to be tempted by another handful of chips or glass of wine!
