#MotivationMonday: what would you love to achieve this month?
It’s a new month, a new day, and we’re still new to the fall season—along with the scent of pumpkin spice and colorful leaves, change is in the air.
Slimming World is all about making a fresh start, and now’s a great time to think about intentions for this month, this season, or even just this week—sometimes that’s as far ahead as we can think!
We’ve seen so many great tips from members who knock their goals right out of the park, and these are the top three we always come back to:
Check the calendar
Is there a special event or occasion coming up? Will your schedule suddenly be hectic? Highlight the down-time periods when there’s room for a little extra prepping and planning—and sanity-saving!
I’ve set “stop contracts” for myself many times—and they just never work. This month, instead of vowing to skip the 11 a.m. bagel run, I’m going to plan awesome, filling breakfasts that’ll keep me full right up until lunch—and first stop will be My Slimming Group weekly meeting for some breakfast ideas from my group buddies.

You know the saying: The best laid-plans…eh, sometimes life happens and our intentions go right out the window. We forgive ourselves and make the next best choice we can.
