Whether it’s St Patrick’s Day or another favorite holiday, you can’t beat the rich, adults-only taste of an Irish coffee. And our version’s positively saintly!
1 cup strong, freshly brewed black coffee
4 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
2 level tsp. sugar substitute
8 level Tbsp. fat-free aerosol whipped topping
- Pour boiling water into two clear glass mugs or Irish coffee goblets to warm them. Discard the water.
- Pour ½ cup hot black coffee into each cup, add 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey and 1 teaspoon sugar substitute to each and stir to mix.
- Top each with 4 tablespoons of the whipped topping and serve immediately.
