This delightful cool and creamy dessert comes together in minutes but tastes like it took all day.
1 pack (1-oz.) sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups fat-free milk
3 reduced-fat vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
2 bananas, sliced
- In a medium bowl, whisk the pudding mix and fat-free milk for 2 minutes until thickened and smooth, then allow to stand 5 minutes.
- Layer half the banana slices at the bottom of four 6-oz. custard cups or wine glasses. Spoon ¼ cup of the pudding over the bananas and top each with about 1 teaspoon of the wafer crumbs. Add the remaining sliced bananas and pudding to each glass, then sprinkle with the remaining wafer crumbs.
- Serve right away or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours until ready to serve.
