- In a medium bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened and smooth. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Slice the bananas and layer half of the slices into the bottom of each of four 6-oz custard cups or wine glasses. Spoon ¼ cup of the pudding over the bananas and top each with a ½ heaping tsp of the cookie crumbs. Add the remaining sliced bananas and remaining pudding to each. Top evenly with the remaining cookie crumbs.
- Serve right away or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours until ready to serve.
