This delightful cool and creamy dessert comes together in minutes but tastes like it took all day.

1 pack (1-oz.) sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups fat-free milk
3 reduced-fat vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
2 bananas, sliced


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the pudding mix and fat-free milk for 2 minutes until thickened and smooth, then allow to stand 5 minutes.
  2. Layer half the banana slices at the bottom of four 6-oz. custard cups or wine glasses. Spoon ¼ cup of the pudding over the bananas and top each with about 1 teaspoon of the wafer crumbs. Add the remaining sliced bananas and pudding to each glass, then sprinkle with the remaining wafer crumbs.
  3. Serve right away or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours until ready to serve.
