Layered yogurt and tropical fruit parfait

For a totally tropical way to start the day, this yogurt parfait is pretty much perfect.

1 papaya, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped
2 passion fruits, halved
2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
1⅓ cups fruit & nut muesli


  1. Mix the papaya, mango and kiwi fruits together in a bowl. Spoon in the passion fruit seeds using a teaspoon and mix well.
  2. Add Greek yogurt to another bowl. Stir half of the fruit into the yogurt and divide among four serving glasses.
  3. Stir the muesli into the remaining fruit and spoon on top of the yogurt and fruit layer. Serve immediately, or chill until needed. (They keep well for up to a day in the fridge.)
