Mouth-watering fresh berries speak for themselves in this no-fuss dessert served with cinnamon scented yogurt.

1½ cups (8oz) blueberries
1½ cups (8oz) raspberries
2½ cups (14oz) strawberries, hulled and quartered
¼ tsp sugar substitute
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
For the Cinnamon Cream:
1 cup (8oz) fat-free plain yogurt
¼ tsp sugar substitute
¼ tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Put all the fruit in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the sugar substitute, black pepper and lemon juice. Toss to mix well.
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients for the cinnamon cream and serve with the spiced berries
