Mouth-watering fresh berries speak for themselves in this no-fuss dessert served with cinnamon scented yogurt.

1½ cups (8 oz.) blueberries
1½ cups (8 oz.) raspberries
1 (1-lb.) container strawberries, hulled and quartered
¼ tsp. sugar substitute
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
For the cinnamon cream:
1 cup (8 oz.) plain fat-free yogurt
¼ tsp. sugar substitute
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon


  1. Put all the fruit in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the sugar substitute, black pepper and lemon juice. Toss gently to mix well and let stand a few minutes to let the juices flow.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the cinnamon cream and serve with the spiced berries.
