Strawberry chocolate tiramisu

Dig into our dreamy tiramisu. Sweet, fresh strawberries add a fruity twist to these individual desserts.

4 ladyfingers, broken into small pieces
1½ level tsp. cocoa
⅓ cup strong coffee, cooled slightly
1 lb. strawberries, hulled and cut into thick slices
2 level Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar substitute
1½ cups plain fat-free yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ oz. dark chocolate


  1. Divide the crumbled ladyfingers between four large goblets or dessert dishes. Stir the cocoa into the coffee and spoon 2 tablespoons over the ladyfingers.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the strawberries with 1 teaspoon sugar substitute and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the yogurt, vanilla and the remaining sugar substitute.
  3. Spoon half the yogurt mixture over the ladyfingers. Top with the strawberries and then spoon the remaining yogurt on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Just before serving, grate the chocolate and sprinkle over the desserts.
