Strawberry chocolate tiramisu

Dig into our dreamy tiramisu. Sweet, fresh strawberries add a fruity twist to these individual desserts.
4 ladyfingers, broken into small pieces
1½ level tsp. cocoa
⅓ cup strong coffee, cooled slightly
1 lb. strawberries, hulled and cut into thick slices
2 level Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar substitute
1½ cups plain fat-free yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ oz. dark chocolate
- Divide the crumbled ladyfingers between four large goblets or dessert dishes. Stir the cocoa into the coffee and spoon 2 tablespoons over the ladyfingers.
- In a medium bowl, mix the strawberries with 1 teaspoon sugar substitute and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the yogurt, vanilla and the remaining sugar substitute.
- Spoon half the yogurt mixture over the ladyfingers. Top with the strawberries and then spoon the remaining yogurt on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Just before serving, grate the chocolate and sprinkle over the desserts.
